This activity includes private car pickup and drop-off at your accommodation or port in Taormina area, Messina or Catania.

Your private local English speaking guide will pick you up at your accommodation or port in Taormina and in relax will chauffeur you to the villa of the local family Taormina. The owners will welcome you with a glass of cool Sicilian white wine, and you will be offered traditional Sicilian starters "antipasti" - Sicilian bruschettas, caponata (traditional Sicilian relish of eggplant, tomatoes, pepper, onion, capers), a plate of locally produced organic cheeses, salami, prosciutto, olives, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and fresh home-made bread, marinated anchovy or sardines, mussels soup with Sicilian red and white wines.

For the first course you will eat pasta palermitana (traditional Sicilian pasta with anchovy and pistachio), pasta "Alla Norma" (traditional Sicilian pasta with eggplant, tomatoes and ricotta), pasta with tuna caviar or pasta with mussels and clams. For the second the chef will serve you fresh fish of the day (fresh tuna, sward fish, baked sardines, merlani, baccala' or other fish depending on season). And finally for the dessert you will eat traditional Sicilian dolce - cannoli, granita, torrone, fruits with famous Sicilian liquors limoncello, amaro or almond wine.
